In June of 2014, Vermont jam band Twiddle dropped their third official release, a two-disc live album titled “Live at Nectar’s.” Fittingly, for their release party, the foursome returned to Nectar’s to celebrate both the album drop and the kickoff of their music festival, Frendly Gathering. This week, beautifully edited footage of the track “Polluted Beauty” during the second set has emerged from the special night, which can be peeped below, courtesy of Third Stone Images. For those of us eager to get our Twiddle fix, Frendly Gathering will be happening again this year, though at a new home at Sugarbush. Blind faith tickets are available here for the festie. The band is also planning on revisiting another of their events to their summer docket, the second annual Tumble Down, a two-day event at Waterfront Park in Burlington. Tumble Down is slated to have multiple acts, including four sets from Twiddle, and last year’s line-up included Nahko and Medicine for the People, Turkuaz, Cabinet, and the Kitchen Dwellers. Tickets for Tumble Down go on sale on February 19th, and more information can be found via the band’s website.
