The research found one of the biggest property goals this year, particularly for Millennials and parents, was to upgrade. They will be upgrading from a 400sq m to a 630sq m block, which will allow them to put in a large pool in the future.The couple, who’s two children Lewis, 3, and Ethan, 2, came along after they bought the home they are selling at 78 Adina st, Norman Park, said they had already renovated that property to meet their needs.
